Simple terms for a focused research service.

1. Service
Juncture Intelligence provides a business research subscription for industrial equipment dealers, auctioneers, liquidators, and rigging firms. Each paid monthly billing period includes four qualified industrial transition briefs delivered digitally for the approved category and territory.
2. Price and renewal
The subscription costs $299 per month and renews automatically until canceled. Customers may cancel before the next renewal by emailing factorytransition@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future charges and does not shorten the current paid billing period.
3. Delivery remedy
If we do not deliver all four briefs within a paid billing period, the customer may choose a service credit or a refund of $74.75 for each undelivered brief. Briefs already delivered and completed billing periods are otherwise not refundable. A duplicate or incorrect charge will be corrected.
4. Exclusivity
Each delivered brief receives fourteen calendar days of exclusivity for the exact approved category and territory. The window begins when the brief is delivered. Other categories and territories may be served during that period.
5. What a signal means
A facility signal does not prove that equipment is available or that a transaction will occur. Asset classes may be inferred from public facility information and are labeled as inference. Customers must verify ownership, authority, availability, condition, timing, and commercial suitability before acting.
6. Use of briefs
Briefs are licensed for the subscribing company's internal business use. They may not be resold or publicly redistributed without written permission. The service is research and decision support, not legal, financial, brokerage, or appraisal advice.
