Information collected
The qualification form collects a name, company, work email, optional company website, category, territory, and optional buying criteria. Stripe separately processes payment and billing information. Juncture Intelligence does not store complete card or bank account details.
How information is used
Information is used to assess service fit, prevent category and territory conflicts, communicate about the subscription, deliver briefs, keep business records, and respond to support or cancellation requests.
Sharing
Customer information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers needed for website hosting, email, file delivery, and payments, subject to their own privacy practices and security controls.
Deletion and correction
Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing factorytransition@gmail.com. Some billing and transaction records may be retained when required for legitimate business, tax, security, or legal purposes.
